For over a decade, the Culinary Enhancement Workshop has been educating participants about diversity through cuisine. In 2015, we will welcome Chef Paula McIntyre of Ireland to lead participants on a culinary adventure featuring authentic ingredients, traditional dishes, and trending foods from Ireland. Participants will also learn how history and culture have shaped the cuisine of this nation and common misconceptions of the cuisine.

Fee: Additional $10 for professionals, free to KSU students
Hands-on workshop space is limited to the first 20 participants that register.
The learning experience will be enhanced this year to include K-State students learning alongside foodservice professionals and alumni instead of in a separate workshop. This will provide a great opportunity to interact and network.
