The Kansas State University Student Foundation helps develop a culture of giving on campus by providing opportunities for philanthropic leadership throughout the year. The Foundation hosts events for alumni and students alike that help encourage support for KSU.
Student Foundation serves as the student arm of the KSU Foundation in efforts to engage current students, as well as interact with donors and trustees to give a student perspective on philanthropy. Student Foundation provides a wide range of activities to serve their student population, faculty, and alumni.
Think you have what it takes to join the Student Foundation and help drive a culture of philanthropy at K-State? We are now accepting membership applications through 5 p.m. on Friday, February 3.

Annually, Student Foundation members help execute a nationally recognized student fundraising campaign known as K-State Proud. The proceeds from this campaign benefit Student Opportunity Awards allocated to students who have exhausted all other forms of financial support.
Other activities include hosting alumni and donors on campus, which allows our members to develop professionally during their college careers. We promote Senior Sidewalk, a project that helps K-State Alumni leave their legacy on campus. Our Fall project, Why I Give Week, celebrates the spirit of philanthropy on campus with different activities that involve students, donors, and faculty.
Sponsored by the KSU Foundation, Student Foundation works with foundation staff and volunteers to uphold the mission of uniting philanthropic desires with university priorities through the following initiatives:
• Hosts/ambassadors for campus visits and KSU Foundation events
