Our philosophy in engineering is to support all students who have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher in college. We believe students who demonstrate academic excellence deserve scholarships. In addition, we are committed to supporting those students who may not have distinguished themselves in high school, but who have decisively proven themselves in college.
Currently, that support comes through scholarships that may offset a portion of tuition and fees, but does not always pay those costs in their entirety. Your contribution would ensure that stellar students in the College of Engineering receive adequate scholarship support.
Attracting and retaining engineering faculty members of the highest caliber is as important as attracting the best and the brightest students. With 153 faculty members mentoring students in the College of Engineering, students are prepared to face challenges and achieve solutions in their future careers. Your support will make a difference in the college’s ability to competitively compensate sought-after faculty members, thereby guaranteeing successful graduates for years to come.
